You can also purchase Season Passes here or make a donation to the center (option 1).

For all sailing classes, the first two forms must be completed and at our office (or delivered to your instructor) before / on the day a class begins.
For all rowing classes or programs, all three forms must be completed and at our office (or delivered to your instructor) before / on the day a class / program begins.

Registration choice two:
Print the required forms (see below) and mail with a check to the NCCSR office (see address in footer below).
Registration choice three:
Visit the NCCSR office and fill out the required form(s) and pay with a check. Please call the NCCSR Office to schedule an appointment before coming over.

1) The first is the Enrollment Form and it must be completed and signed by all students.
2) The second is a Minor Medical Release Form and is required for all Minors.
This form MUST be completed and signed by a parent or guardian.
3) The third is a form that must be completed if you are registering for youth rowing (scholastic) or participating in an adult rowing program at the Lake Norman YMCA location.This form must be completed and signed by all rowing participants and in the case of a minor, by that minor also.
